We roast on Thursdays and ship within 48 hours. Coffee is a fresh product; we do not hold warehouse stock.
Returns
Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase — but coffee is a perishable good, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that deteriorate or expire quickly. We therefore cannot accept returns of coffee.
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or simply tastes off, write to hello@aethelcoffee.pt — we would rather resend or refund than have you disappointed.
If something arrives damaged or is not right, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it good.
