Orders & payment
Prices are shown in euros and include IVA (VAT) at the Portuguese standard rate. Payment is due at checkout by the methods offered there. Bank-transfer orders ship after payment clears.
Withdrawal & returns
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decreto-Lei 24/2014. Perishable goods (opened coffee bags) are exempt; sealed bags may be returned. See Shipping & Returns.
